If you'd like to return your item, you can request a return through our self-service returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request has been approved, please return your item in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we aim to process your refund within 7 days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
