Delivery Information
We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible, with dispatch typically within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays). If you need your order sooner, we also offer express delivery options.
For peace of mind, some parcels may require a signature or a proof of delivery photo upon arrival. Our courier will make two delivery attempts; if unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us and redelivery charges will apply.
Please note that some postcode areas may have courier restrictions. In certain cases, an additional delivery charge may be required. If this applies to your order, our Customer Service team will be in touch before dispatch to keep everything clear and transparent.
Before placing your order, please double-check that your delivery details are correct, including your postcode. We also recommend reviewing your order confirmation carefully, as additional fees may apply if a parcel is dispatched to an incorrect address.
